Cranberry Chutney
Cranberries are often a popular part of Thanksgiving celebrations in the form of cranberry sauce. Thus, I decided to add a little Indian touch to it and make it a chutney. cranberries are high in nutrient and antioxidants. health benefits of consuming cranberries include lowered risk of urinary tract infections, prevention of certain types of cancer, improved immune function, decreased blood pressure. Ingredients fresh cranberries - 1 cup Red chilies - 3 Pearl onions- 2 chopped garlic chopped - 3 cloves ginger sliced - 1 piece green coriander bunch - ½ Urad dal, channa dal - 1 tsp Pepitas - 2 Tsp Mustard seeds- ⅙ tsp Oil - 1 tbsp Salt - according to taste Directions Heat some oil in the pan and add mustard, once it starts to crackle add urad dal, channa dal, and red chilli.
