Dahi Pudina Chutney
This dish can be used as a dip for kabobs, spread for sandwich/burgers, or as a dressing for salads.

Ingredients
Pudina - ½ cup
Coriander - ⅓ cup
Pearl onions - 3
Garlic - 2 cloves
Green chillies - 2 adjust according to taste
Yogurt - ½ cup (Thick consistency)
Salt - adjust according to taste
Method
Grind all the ingredients together, into a smooth paste, leaving out the yogurt.
Mix this into the yogurt, make sure to mix well.
Notes
Make sure NOT to grind the yogurt along with the other ingredients.
Also, use yogurt that is thick in consistency.
