Dry Fruit Rolls

Ingredients
Dates - 1 cup
Dried Fig - 1 cup
Walnuts - ½ cup
Almonds - ½ Cup
Pistachio - ¼ Cup
Cashew nuts - ½ Cup
Desiccated Coconut -2 Tbsp
Poppy Seeds - 2 Tbsp
Green Cardamom - 3-4
Ghee - 2 Tbsp
Method
1. Chop cashews, almonds, walnuts,Dried fig and dates.
2.Thinly slice the pistachios
3.Powder the green cardamom seeds.
4.Dry roast the cashews, almonds and walnuts in a Kadai for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame. Then transfer them in a bowl.
5.Pour some ghee in the hot Kadai. When the ghee melts, fry the poppy seeds for 2 minutes on low flame while stirring constantly.
6.Once the poppy seeds are roasted, add green cardamom powder, dates, Dried figs, roasted nuts, and desiccated coconut to it. Keep the flame on low and mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Then turn off the flame and transfer the mixture on a plate so that it cools down.
6.Take some mixture and roll it into a long log.
7.Then Roll the log on the sliced pistachios and place over a plate.
8.Wrap all the logs with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.
9.Then unwrap and cut the logs into circles and place them on a plate.
10.Dry fruits rolls is now ready to serve.
