Chili Paneer
Chilli paneer
Ingredients
Paneer - 250 grams
Bell pepper - 2 chopped
Green chilies - 3 finely chopped
Scallions - 1 bunch finely chopped
Ginger - ¼ inch finely chopped
Garlic - 4-5 pods finely chopped
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
Kashmiri chili powder - ½ tsp
Wheat flour - 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - as required
Method
Cut paneer into small cubes, add ½ tsp salt, black pepper powder,
and wheat flour, mix well. In a pan add the oil when hot add the paneer
and fry well till it turns nice golden brown. Remove and keep aside.
Heat a pan and add the oil. Now add green chilies, ginger, garlic and fry well.
Then, add the scallions and the chopped green bell pepper till the bell pepper is slightly cooked.
Add the chili powder, soy sauce, salt, and mix well. To this, add the paneer and saute well.
Add finely chopped scallion stalks and serve with roti or naan.
