Whole Wheat Oats Pancake
Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour- 1 ½ cup
Powdered oats- 1 ½ cup
Baking powder- 1 Tsp
Baking soda- ½ tsp
Sugar- 1 Tsp
egg - 3
Milk- 1 ½ cup
Salt- ¼ tsp
Method:
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Beat egg, adding milk.
Pour in the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.
Mix till smooth in consistency.
Heat a pan, add a heaping spoonful of batter.
Cook on both sides. Add butter along the process.
Serve with Grape Jam!
Or any syrup of your choice.
