Paneer Peas masala



Peas are the ultimate plant protein source for vegetarians. Peas are also rich in vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients:

Paneer - 1 cup
Peas - 1 cup
Whole Garam Masalas - Few
Onion - 1 chopped
Tomato - 1 chopped
Bell Pepper - 1 chopped
Ginger garlic chopped - 1 Tsp
Green chili - 2
Kasuri Methi - ½ Tsp
Curry powder - 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
Almonds - 1 Tsp
Cashews - 1 Tsp
Oil/Ghee - 1 tbsp
Milk Cream - 1-2 tbsp (Optional)
Salt - As required

Method:
Cut paneer into small pieces, air-fry and keep aside. In a pan heat oil, add green chilies, fry well and add half the chopped onions. Saute well then add the tomatoes. Add cashews, almonds and sauteed mixture to a mixer and grind well and keep aside. In a pan heat oil. Add the whole garam masalas and fry. Add the chopped onion. Saute well then add the bell pepper and saute. Add ginger garlic paste and fry well till the smell leaves. Then add Kasuri methi, peas, salt, curry powder, and mix well. Add the puree, mix well, and bring it to a boil. Now add the fried paneer. Keep it for 2-3 minutes then serve along with hot rice or rotis.

Note:
If adding milk cream add at the end or add a tsp of ghee.
You can add fried paneer or plain paneer if it is fresh.
