Heavy Cream




Milk cream, though high in calories, is a good
source of vitamins and minerals such as vitamin A, calcium
and phosphorus necessary for eye and bone health.
Also contains Choline necessary for early brain development
and metabolism in young children.

Ingredients:
Full-Fat milk - 2 Cups
Butter - 4 tbsp(optional)

Method:
Add the milk to the vessel and bring it to boil.
Reduce the flame and cook till the milk is condensed.
And the separation of cream is visible.
Now remove from the heat using a blender and blend this mixture.
This gives a thick milk cream.
This cream can now be used for gravy preparations.


Note:
This cream does not work to make ice cream.
Adding butter gives nice heavy milk cream.
If using butter, add melted butter to the vessel
and then add the milk to a boil.
Do not heat the butter in the vessel and milk as
in this process there are chances of the milk to curdle.
