Grape Jam
Grapes are well-known fruits that act as antioxidants.
This is due to the resveratrol present in them.
Grapes are also considered as a "healthy carb"
Ingredients:
Grapes- 2 cups
Sugar- 1 cup
Salt- one pinch
Method:
Blend grapes and sugar together.
Add a pinch of salt to this mixture.
Pour the mixture into a pan and bring it to a boil.
Stop cooking when it reaches a syrup consistency.
Be sure to store in a dry clean bottle.
Note
If you use a clean spoon each use, this jam lasts for a whole month!
