Beans Curry

Green Beans are rich in fiber and good sources of vitamins and folic acid.

Ingredients
Beans - 1 cup
Onion- 1
Tomato-1
Ginger and garlic paste- 1 tsp
Jeera - ¼ tsp
Chilli powder- ½ tsp
Coriander powder- ½ tsp
Garam masala powder- ¼ tsp
Fennel Powder - ¼ tsp
Jeera Powder - ¼ tsp
Kasuri methi - ¼ tsp
Curry Leaves  - 1-2 leaves
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt - as per taste

Method

Heat oil in a pan and add jeera and then chopped onion and sauté well.
Then add ginger garlic paste and sauté well till the ginger garlic paste smell leaves.
And add the Tomatoes. Sauté until the tomatoes are cooked.
Add chili powder, coriander, garam masala powder,
fennel powder, Kasuri methi, and jeera powder.



Mix well and add the chopped beans. Mix the beans well with the curry,
sprinkle some water and close and cook.

Once the beans are cooked well add half teaspoon of coconut oil.
Serve hot with rice or chapati.
