Eggless carrot cake Whole wheat flour/all purpose flour - 1 ½ cups Baking powder - 1 tsp Baking soda - 1 tsp Sugar - ¾ cup Salt - ¼ tsp Coconut oil - ¼ cup Milk - ¼ cup Water - ¼ cup Grated carrot - 1 cup Vanilla extract - 1 tsp Cinnamon grounded - 1 tsp Nutmeg grounded - 1tsp Frosting Cream cheese - 8 tbsp Butter unsalted - 2 tbsp Powdered sugar - 1 cup Vanilla extract - ¼ tsp Walnuts chopped - as required Pistachios chopped - as required Method for carrot cake Spray oil to a baking tray and keep ready.Sieve all the dry ingredients and keep. Take sugar and butter in a bowl and beat well then add milk and vanilla extract beat well to this add dry ingredients mix well then fold in the grated carrots into the batter and then add raisins and sliced almonds to the batter.
